About
NAFSoft exists for a specific kind of project: systems that carry money, settlement and operational risk, where a rewrite is not an option and an outage is measured in business consequences.
Most enterprise delivery failures are not software failures. They are failures of specification, integration, handover or continuity. A partner who writes code but cannot document it, or places engineers who rotate out mid-project, creates exactly the fragility the project was meant to remove.
So we run three capabilities as one company: engineering teams who specify and build, a talent practice that places and keeps senior specialists, and a payments and banking group that understands message standards, cut-offs and reconciliation without being taught from scratch.
We would rather decline a project than accept a deadline we know will push the work into short-cuts. When we take an engagement, the shape of delivery — scope, interfaces, acceptance criteria, cutover and support — is written down before implementation starts.
The people who scope the work build it. No layer of account management between the requirement and the engineer.
Scope, interfaces and acceptance criteria are agreed on paper, so delivery is a matter of execution rather than interpretation.
We test against masked or synthetic copies of real formats and volumes, not happy-path samples.
Test evidence, architecture notes and runbooks ship with the system. Nothing lives only in our heads.
Systems we run have named escalation paths, response targets, and monthly reporting on what actually happened.
If a number appears on this site, it came from an engagement we can describe in detail — including what did not go to plan.
Straight answers to the questions procurement, security and legal teams ask first. Anything not listed here is deliberately unpublished rather than guessed — ask us directly and we will answer.
Ask for a working session: we will walk through architecture, method and evidence, including what went wrong on the projects we can talk about.
