Privacy Notice
What NAFSoft collects through this website, why, how long it is kept, who processes it, and how to exercise your rights.
This notice explains how NAFSoft handles personal data submitted through this website. It covers the data you give us directly through the enquiry and careers forms, and the limited technical data collected to keep the site working.
What we collect and why
Through the enquiry and careers forms we collect your name, email address, organisation and role, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. If you apply for a role, we also collect your CV and any details you include. We use this data to respond to your enquiry, assess your application, and keep a record of the conversation. Analytics data is collected in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting commercial relationship. Candidate records are kept for the recruitment period and for a limited further period so we can contact you about later openings, and are deleted on request. Records tied to a signed contract follow the retention rules in that contract.
Who processes it
We use service providers for hosting, email and analytics. They process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We do not sell personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Your rights
You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, ask for it to be deleted, or ask us to stop using it. Contact us through the contact page and we will respond within a reasonable period.
Cookies
This site sets no advertising or marketing cookies. If analytics are enabled, they are used to measure aggregate traffic. You can block cookies in your browser settings without losing access to any part of this site.
Security
We apply access control, encryption in transit, and least-privilege access to the data described here. No system is perfect; if you believe your data has been exposed through us, tell us immediately using the contact details on the contact page.
